Description

DEXAPHEN with Parachlorophenol & Dexamethasone. It is based on phenol, and a combination of three antiseptic agents with a corticosteroid. It is most commonly used for the disinfection of root canals.

Parachlorophenol is an antibacterial agent used to prevent infections in root canals. It contains dexamethasone for its anti-inflammatory properties. With thymol and camphor for their antiseptic properties. Ensures sterility of endodontic spaces during vital pulpectomies. Patient endures no pain during devitalization process.

Active disinfectant for the treatment of infected root canals and periapical infections.

INDICATION OF USE :

Disinfection of the dentine after cavity preparation.
Disinfection after pulpectomy and pulp dressing.
Treatment of post traumatic inflammation.
