Baot JC Opaque Powder – Metal Ceramic Series

The opaque is to paint metallic crown as composing second layer.Mix the paste opaque sufficiently well untill it looks like cream.Apply the paste opaque with a brush etc.To mask the surface to be veneered and fire as recommended.

1st layer: Mask the fired WO layer then dried and fire at about 940℃. hint:The first of which is slightly thin.put the spread metallic crown on the ultrasonic oscillator,vibrate it & make it concertrated until its surface is smoothened. then dried and fire.

2nd layer: After being fired,mask the 2nd layer of OP a little thicker than the first layer.Then make the coated layer homogeneous & vibrate it until its surface looks smooth.
