Bio-Art Hard Splint Thermoforming Plastic Sheets are specially designed to use with ease with dental lab vacuum forming machine. Suitable for dental lab making decolorizing, desensitizing trays,orthodontic retainer,sport mouthguard,night guard and so on. Available in Hard Sheets 0.75mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm three thicknesses,a total of Three different splint sheets optional,maximize meet your different needs. During the process of plasticizing (vacuum forming), the sheets are heated in an equipment called vacuum forming machine to achieve the ideal point of plasticizing. Then they are formed on the plaster models of the dental arches through vacuum generated by the device, thus producing the tray(s).
