Dentsply Sirona Universal Body Stain paste materials for individual characterization with the achievement of high aesthetics. A complex system of a spectrum of color options to finalize aesthetic restorations.

Indications :-

Dentsply Sirona Universal Stain and Glaze are indicated for staining and glazing the following restorations:

• Celtra Press zirconia reinforced lithium silicate (ZLS)
• Celtra DUO zirconia reinforced lithium silicate (ZLS)
• Cercon ht zirconia
• Ceramco PFZ porcelain for zirconia
• Cercon Ceram Kiss porcelain
• Ceramco3 porcelain
• Ceramco iC porcelain
• Duceram Kiss porcelain

• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE): 7.5±0.5 x 10-6K-1 (25-500°C)
• Tg: 535±20°C
• Device classification: Dental ceramics, type I, class 1b per ISO 6872: 2015
• Chemical solubility: 10 µg/cm2

• 1 x 5g Universal Body Stain

• Withdraw desired amount of Universal Stain or Glaze from the jar and place it on the mixing palette.
• If a thinner consistency is desired, dilute the material with the Dentsply Sirona Stain and Glaze Liquid (REF 601315/15mL, 601350/50mL).
• Apply a thin layer of the stain or glaze material all over the crown surface in the usual manner using a brush. Make sure not to apply the glaze material too thick or too thin. Too thin of a layer will result in a more matte finish.
• Too thick of a layer can result in puddling and/or pitting of the material.
• If a more intensive shade effect is desired, it is achieved by several staining applications and firings. However, the application of too many stain layers can result in an unnatural shade effect.
• Consult the Dentsply Sirona Universal Stains and Glaze Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for safe handling and usage.
• Use only according to the indications listed above.
• Undesired side effects of these medical products are extremely rare with proper processing and use.
• In case of skin sensitization or rash, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
• Immunoreactions, such as allergies and/or local irritations (taste or oral mucosa), cannot completely be excluded on principle.
• For patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, this medical device must not be used or only used under strict supervision of a treating physician/dentist. Similarly, known cross-reactions or interactions of this medical product with other materials existing in the mouth must be considered by the physician/dentist.
