The Dental MadaJet is a needle-free instrument that injects medication agents virtually without pain. It is a proven means of reducing fear and trauma associated with traditional needle and syringe injections. The MadaJet injects local anesthesia or regional blocking for dental and maxillofacial procedures. It provides adequate anesthesia for deep needle insertion. The MadaJet comes with an angle head assembly, Extenda Tips, sheaths, a stand, a disinfectant cleaning solution, and a custom case.
Note: The MadaJet is fully autoclavable.

Maxillary Procedures

• Similarly for posterior superior blocks for upper molars, middle superior blocks of bicuspids and posterior palatine blocks.

Mandibular Blocks

• Two injections prior to deep needle insertion for mandibular blocks will eliminate pain from the needle and fluid pressure.

Applications:

• Extraction or preparation of deciduous teeth.
• Curettage and scaling.
• Mental and nasal palatine blocks.
• Adequate anesthesia prior to deep-needle insertion for palatine and infraorbital blocks.
• Adequate infiltration for long buccal blocks, without need for further anesthesia.

• Consistent depth of penetration of 2 – 2.5mm below epithelium and makes a
  wheal at the base of injection of 5-6mm in diameter (Not Topical).
• Consistent volume of 0.1cc per injection intradermally
• Permits approximately 38 injections with single loading (to 4.0cc)
