Enzy Clear is a concentrated Liquid, Neutral Unnatural formulation specially meant for removing Enzymes on Stainless Steel Instruments/Equipments.

Enzy Clear is specially designed for Rapid Removal of Enzymatic layer from Dental Instruments, Surgical/Medical Instruments, Industrial Equipments & Aluminum-based instruments. Stubborn inorganic residues on the instruments, which can result from various faults in preparation, are automatically removed with Enzy Clear.

COMPOSITION:

• Protease
• Amylase
• Mixture Lipase

• Immersion/Manual Cleaning: Dilution 10ml in 1000ml of water (1:100)
• Ultrasonic Cleaning: Dilution 5ml in 1000ml of water (1:200)

• 1 x 500ml Enzy Clear

Basic Cleaning in immersion Bath

• Instruments are Immersed in a warm/normal water.
• Enzy Clear is poured as per the recommended dilution i.e 10ml of Enzy Clear in 1000ml of water.
• After a contact time of approx.10-15 min ,the instruments are removed,thoroughly rinsed with water and dried.
• Instruments which now appear spotless are conveyed to further processing

Basic Cleaning in Ultrasonic Bath

• Instruments are immersed in 5ml of Enzy Clear solution as per the recommended dilution i.e 5ml of Enzy Clear in 1000ml  of water.
• After a contact time of approx. 1-3 min,in accordance with equipmen manufacturer’s data.
• The Instruments are removed,thoroughly rinsed with water and dried.
• Instruments which now appear spotless are conveyed to further processing
