Description

Zirconia Block -HT (High Translucent) is a circular shaped block made up of Zirconia and Ceramic.
Zirconia material is a special dental restoration material. It requires less equipment, time and materials than other materials.
Zirconia materials can meet the needs of the laboratory customized solutions, which is the first choice of dental laboratory.
Andent provides you with four kinds of zirconia materials, namely superfect zir with super-high bending strength, honor zir
with brilliant translucency, 3D / 3D Pro zir digital material and PMMA temporary repair material.
It consist of high strength,
excellent permeability, low thermal conductivity, and color aesthetic repair effect that is suitable for CAD/CAM system and manual system.

Direction to Use

STEP 1:

  • Place the dental ceramic blocks in CAD/CAD machine by following the machine manufacture‘s instruction.

STEP 2:

  • When milling is completed, remove block from CAD/CAD machine.

STEP 3:

  • Detach framework from the zirconia block with a diamond bur.Clean the framework. Use dyeing liquid to color the framework.

STEP 4:

  • Dry the framework and then place framework with a sintering tray into the oven to sinter.

STEP 5:

  • Program the furnace according to instruction manual and follow the zirconia block sintering table .Don’t remove sintered framework until it completely cools down. Examine wall thickness’ margined fit and seat fit of the sintered framework. If necessary ‘make minor adjustment with a water-cooling diamond tool.

Wall thickness should be no less than 0.7mm and connectors no thinner than 9mm. Rinse sintered framework with and dry completely. After milling, Andent dental zirconia ceramics framework must be examined carefully and fulfill the following criteria:

  • No shiny areas visible on the surface
  • No discoloration
  • No material broken off
  • No visible cracks
  • Now, the zirconia block framework is ready for veneering.
