Cotisen Adjustable Impression Trays are heat mouldable impression trays.

Ideally used in recording impressions of dentulous cases.

Perforations in the tray provide great adhesion of impression material to the trays preventing it from falling in patient’s mouth.

• Methods for storage and maintenance of product:

  The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and at normal room temperature with the relative humidity is not more than 80% and without release of corrosive gas.

• Avoid in contact of direct sunlight.
• Prevent the extrusion from outside during storage and avoid damage.

3 Sets of Impression Trays:

• 1 x Upper & Lower (Size 1)
• 1 x Upper & Lower (Size 2)
• 1 x Upper &Lower (Size 3)

• Confirm the tray is clean before using.
• Soak the tray in hot water (within the range of 70-80^oC) for 10 to 20 seconds.
• Take out the tray, adjust the size and the angle with hands according to the oral and dental status of patient. When the patient has some deformed teeth, the size of individual portions shall be adjusted especially.
• Put the adjustable tray into the mouth of the patient and confirm whether he/she is comfortable or not. If the patient is not comfortable, please repeat the step 2 & 3 and adjustment is carried out accordingly till the patient fell tray comfortable in his/her mouth.
• Inject impression materials or silicon rubber into the final adjustable tray, put the tray into the mouth of patient, and then get model.
