GDC Pterigoidous Chisel is specifically designed for Bone Surgery procedures. It is used in bone cutting and manipulating during certain orthopedic procedures. The rectangular edge of the chisel can be accompanied with a mallet to increase the driving force of the chisel. The angulation of the blade provides excellent visualization of the surgical area.
