Regular Mitsa Procedure: 

• The osteotomy site is prepared with Densah Drill 3mm Diameter.
• Novabone Putty Nozzle (Size: 3mm) goes into the site and the bone is injected into the site to lift the sinus membrane.
• Bigger Sizes of Densah Drills are used to prepare the site for implant placement. But during this process, the bone gets deposited on the densah drills while drilling in the site hence wasting some of the precious bone.

Solution for this Problem:

• A bigger size Adaptor to fit onto Novabone Putty nozzle was developed compatible for Tappered 4.0mm & 4.3mm Densah Drill.
• Nova Bone Putty is used now just before the final densah drill. This helps to avoid wastage of Precious Bone.
