Ortis Triclon Oral Gel

Triclon Oral Gel medication is used for the temporary relief of symptoms from mouth sores due to injury. This drug comes in a dental paste that allows it to stick to the inside of the mouth/cheeks/gums. It works by reducing the swelling, itching, and pain that can occur with mouth sores.

Triclon Oral Gel treats and relieves discomfort caused by mouth sores. It works by decreasing inflammation in the mouth. It belongs to a group of medications called topical steroids.

INDICATIONS :

Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste USP, 0.1% is indicated for adjunctive treatment and for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with oral inflammatory lesions and ulcerative lesions resulting from trauma.

CONTRAINDICATIONS :

Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste USP, 0.1% is contraindicated in those patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparations; it is also contraindicated in the presence of fungal, viral, or bacterial infections of the mouth or throat.

Direction to use:-

Triclone 0.1% Oral Gel should be applied on the site of lesion inside the mouth.
Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine.
Make sure not to swallow the medication.
Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better.
You must avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after using it.
Do not use it for longer than your doctor has told you to and let him or her know if your condition does not improve after 2 to 4 weeks of treatment.
