Key Specifications

COMPOSITION:

Powder:

  • Beads or granules of poly methyl methacrylate
  • Initiator – benzoyl peroxide
  • Pigments/dyes
  • Opacifiers – titanium/zinc oxides
  • Plasticizer – dibutyl phthalate
  • Synthetic fibres – nylon/acrylic

Liquid:

  • Methyl methacrylate monomer
  • Inhibitor – hydroquinone
  • Cross-linking agent – ethylene glycol dimethacrylate

Shelf life and storage:

  • Best before 36 months under proper storage.
  • Store at a temperature between 10°C to 30°C.
  • Keep the powder and liquid containers tightly closed to avoid contamination.
